To carry on the business of trading, importing, exporting, marketing, retailing and wholesaling of gold and silver ornaments, jewellery (including imitation and costume jewellery), rolled gold, precious and semi-precious stones, handicrafts, artefacts, textiles, garments, food products, craft-based goods, home décor items, metal furniture, and all allied products in India and abroad.

Objective 2

Manufacturing & Processing

Description

To engage in the business of manufacturing, processing, assembling, packaging and finishing of products including but not limited to garments, jewellery, furniture, processed foods, spices, kitchenware, home accessories, wellness and organic products, and other items of cultural or commercial value, using traditional and modern techniques.

Objective 3

Retail & E-commerce Platforms

Description

To develop, operate and manage retail outlets, franchise networks, ecommerce platforms, mobile applications and digital portals for the purpose of enabling direct-to-customer and business-to-business transactions for all goods produced, traded or distributed by the company or its affiliates.

Objective 4

Training & Skill Development

Description

To establish, operate, and support training centres, skill development programmes, research & development facilities and knowledge hubs for capacity building, entrepreneurship development, design innovation, quality improvement, and market intelligence, particularly for artisans, SHGs, startups and entrepreneurs.

Branding & Marketing

Description
